Jhive's mission is to tackle antisemitism in the workplace through training, guidance and ongoing workplace support, while building towards broader support for the Jewish community, including a forthcoming programme for Jewish tech entrepreneurs.

The Jhive Business Network connects Jewish professionals working across a broad range of industries. Through breakfasts, after work events, and our annual dinner, we create space for connection, support, and meaningful conversations that strengthen relationships, build community, and foster professional growth.
The Jhive Business Network is open to established professionals from any sector. The network also welcomes allies who want to stand behind and support the work of Jhive.
The network provides a platform for professionals to connect, collaborate, and show up proudly and publicly alongside allies. We share a common goal: supporting Jhive's work tackling antisemitism and advancing Jewish inclusion in the workplace. This is a genuine opportunity to make a direct and tangible difference to work that truly matters.
There are three main ways to get involved. You can join our executive committee, which meets regularly to plan events throughout the year. You can also become part of our dinner committee, helping to organise a table of colleagues for our annual fundraising dinner. Or, you can join us as a headline sponsor of the dinner. In addition, all members have the opportunity to sponsor events throughout the year and to invite new members into the network. There is no fee to join. We are building an open and accessible network where everyone is encouraged to contribute, whether by joining our executive committee, sponsoring events, or committing to a table at our annual fundraising dinner. Our network relies on the generosity of individuals and partners to run events and expand our impact in supporting Jhive, which sits at the heart of our mission.
Jhive, a registered UK charity, is supported by the Jhive Property Network. Its mission is to tackle antisemitism in the workplace and create safe, inclusive workplaces for Jewish employees through workshops, guidance, employee support, and the Jewish Inclusive Workplace Standard. Beyond antisemitism training, Jhive delivers broader HR, EDI and inclusion support to help organisations build lasting cultural change. It also has plans for a dedicated startup programme for early-stage Jewish tech entrepreneurs.
What began as a response to organisations seeking meaningful Jewish inclusion support has revealed a vital need for independent, apolitical services, deliberately funded outside of Jewish communal foundations, that extend beyond the delivery of antisemitism training. There is a clear demand for long-term change and sustained support for organisations that want to educate and empower their workforce to become better allies and create genuinely inclusive environments for Jewish employees. We have grown quickly, and demand now far exceeds what our current ad-hoc structure can sustain.
This presents a rare opportunity to become a pillar of support for a charity that is ready to move into full-time service delivery. With support from this fundraising initiative, Jhive will be able to scale its impact, expand its programmes, and provide consistent, high-quality support to organisations across the UK committed to advancing Jewish inclusion and safety.
